Do you do small jobs like touch-ups or just one wall?
Yes, absolutely. We have no minimum spend. Wall touch-ups start at AED 299, a single feature wall from AED 399, and a single room from AED 499. If it needs a brush, we will quote it. Many of our regular customers started with a small touch-up and now book us for their full apartments.

A single bedroom (walls + ceiling, two coats premium emulsion) starts at AED 499, half a day on site. A single feature wall — including colour or finish of your choice — starts at AED 399. Both prices include furniture protection and post-clean.

A standard studio apartment in Dubai costs AED 999–1,500 for walls and ceiling with two coats of premium emulsion (Jotun Lady or Dulux Diamond). The job is usually finished in a single day. Older buildings or units with significant prep work sit at the upper end of the range.

A typical 1BR apartment in Dubai is AED 1,499–2,500 for walls and ceiling with two coats of premium emulsion. Furniture protection, prep work and post-clean are included. Penthouses and double-height units are quoted separately.

A 3-bedroom full villa package (interior + exterior + boundary wall) starts at AED 6,999. A 4-5BR villa typically lands AED 11,000–22,000, and 6-7BR luxury villas AED 22,000–38,000. Exterior elastomeric upgrade adds 15-25% but comes with a 5-year manufacturer warranty.

No. You pay zero deposit. Most Dubai painters take 30% upfront; our network takes nothing. You pay only when the work is signed off. This is part of our standard vendor agreement.

Yes. Every quote is fixed in writing before work starts. If the painter raises the price on the day, we cover the gap from our quality fund. This zero-surprise pricing is the single biggest reason customers return.

Why is your studio price AED 999 when some sites show AED 599?
Sites showing AED 599 usually deliver a single coat of basic emulsion in a tiny floor plate, then upsell the customer to AED 1,500+ on arrival. We refuse to play that game. AED 999 is the genuine, deliverable price for two coats of premium emulsion in a real Dubai studio — fixed, no extras.

What if my apartment is bigger or older than typical?
The ranges shown cover 90% of real Dubai apartments. Larger, older or compound-managed properties sit at the upper end and are quoted accordingly. The site survey takes 20 minutes and locks the price for 30 days.

Do you offer payment plans?
For villa packages above AED 8,000 we can split into two payments — 50% midway, 50% on completion. There is no interest and no fee. Smaller jobs are paid in full on the completion day.
